About me

Hey, I’m Andrey. I build products end to end, single-handed — design, code, SEO, launch. Fifteen years of it. I don’t hand a product between specialists, because that is where it usually breaks: the interface stops matching the data, the launch stops matching the promise. My team is me and AI, and that is what makes end to end affordable for one person. End to end here means sites, landing pages and product interfaces together with everything around them: code, search, launch. A banking app with its security is not built this way — money, personal or medical data and regulation need a dedicated back end and an outside audit. Knowing where that line runs is part of the job

I approach design as a way of thinking. Before visuals, there is logic; before style, there is context. My focus is on clarity, consistency, and precision — building work that feels coherent, purposeful, and ready to exist beyond the screen

How it works

  1. 01

    Let's Talk

We start with a focused conversation — to understand the product, its context, and the challenge behind it. Not just what needs to be designed, but why it exists and what it should change.

Clarity at this stage defines everything that follows

  2. 02

    Strategy & Structure

Once the direction is clear, we define the foundation — visual logic, product architecture, and system principles. Before screens, there is structure. Before style, there is positioning.

    Includes:
    — Scope definition

    — User and business context

    — Visual direction

    — Timeline & deliverables

  3. 03

    Design & Build

This is where direction turns into form — and into working code. Design and build happen in the same pair of hands: interface, brand application, custom motion, and the front-end that actually ships. Back end I take while it stays simple — forms, CMS, integrations. Anything under load, handling payments or sensitive by nature goes to a dedicated developer: that work needs a specialist and an audit, not a generalist. Nothing gets drawn that cannot be built, and nothing gets built that has drifted from the logic behind it.

    Possible scope:
    — UI & product design

    — Brand implementation

    — Custom motion

    — Front-end and simple back end

    Release & Visibility

Design doesn’t end with visuals, and the project doesn’t end at handoff, because there is no handoff. I take it to production and then make it findable — in search, and inside the answers assistants now give instead of a list of links. Those are two different jobs: search ranks a page, an assistant quotes a paragraph, and a page it cannot read on the server does not exist for it at all. What I don’t sell: llms.txt, which Google states it does not use, and rewriting text in a special AI style, which Google names as unnecessary.

    Includes:
    — Design QA

    — Structured data and entity clarity

    — Access and readability for AI crawlers

    — Deploy, domain, analytics

    — Checks against live reports
